Rick Springfield never disappoints us! He's got great original music, which he continues to put out and he does amazing on the covers. It's sad that Mr. Lobotomy doesn't get it. Rick Springfield tours the country during the year playing about 2-3 shows a week, continues to act and currently is on Californication. He is a talented songwriter who is always working on a new project; he makes special appearances on shows like Don't Forget The Lyrics and recently on Oprah Winfrey Show to surprise life long fans. He's giving back to them for all the years of dedication and love that they have shown him during his career. I guarantee you, Mr. Lobotomy, he doesn't need the money from these little appearances. It's done out of love for people who truly appreciate him and his music. The latest news is that he's working on writing a book. I know I speak for many if not all of his fans. The creative spirit that drives Rick Springfield will never retire, and we're so grateful for it!!!

I too have seen him live and an newly impressed everytime! I'm glad he released his cover of "Jet" cause it's so fun live in concert. Rick has withstood the test of time, creating, writing, singing, releasing new cds and making a difference to many. Thanks Rick!

Hands down, Rick is the best live performer touring today and this is a great cover. He also does does an incredible cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Red House."
