This is a flat out terrific sounding song. The refrain is as catchy as they come. It’s about a sad topic (death of a friend) but puts a positive spin on it (friend now with the angels). I really hope people give this song a legit chance. I’m a huge Springfield fan admittedly but I don’t automatically love all his songs (he also put one out recently called “Automatic” that is flat out horrific). But there’s just no way not to enjoy this song. Still cranking out great tunes in his mid-70’s!! Give it a listen!!!! 👍

Thank God this man is still writing and recording. This track is amazing with an infectious groove. Can’t wait for the full record to drop.
