Metallica is the greatest of all time in my opinion. If weren’t for me hearing their music I would’ve never taken an interest in playing guitar. They inspired and enriched my life. When I bought this album I was looking at all the downloads as they were happening and noticed at the bottom of the downloads was digital booklet download in which it also downloaded it. Why can’t I access it if it downloaded it? What’s up with that?

I grew up listening to this. It's always been my favorite from start to finish. Sad but True is my favorite to sing along to, and I would sing the chorus of Enter Sandman to my youngest siblings. I'm angry that there are reviews for this album that has nothing to do with the content but over some petty grievances. Yes, the remaster was obviously not released in 1991, but that is when the album, Metallica, originally came out.

Made me pay $1.25 for one song when I can easily go to Spotify and get them for free
Who cares if it’s remastered or now?

It’s still an amazing album. It gets 4 in a half stars because toxic fans want it remastered. It’s sounds good remastered or not
Great album

But bring back the digital booklet that the original iTunes album had and MAYBE it’ll be worthy of 5 stars
It sounds better/different

This CD came out my senior year of high school. It took some time for me to warm-up to it after listening to albums: Kill’em All – And Justice For All. This is a great remaster in my humble opinion. It has become a classic CD (I’m old) from one of the greatest metal bands of all time. I will always be a lifelong fan. Thanks, Metallica for all of the memories.

My problem is not so much the remaster, even if many of you say “Don’t buy! It’s the same record” well I don’t own it anyway so that’s not going to make that much of a difference to me. But the thing is I noticed that the older album has the digital booklet for the album which is only a “album only” purchase”
This newly remastered one doesn’t have the digital booklet but yet it’s the same money. Why would the record label go on do that for? What? They’re trying to tempt you by saying “Get this fresh remastered one here, no booklet or get the older one with the booklet”. It seems the record companies play mind games with their customers for some reason, there’s no rhyme or reason why it should be one or the other. Why this version does not have the album digital booklet is a mystery to me. Oh well, silly mind games that they play. Someone has too much time on their hands.
