A phemonially powerful return and very long anticipated

After her recovery from cancer many of her fans were on the edge of anticipation for this, her third album. In 2002 her return to the stage with Some Lovin' produced by Murk well prepared Kristine W fans after two years for this album. Fly Again is a very strong album and is my second favorite next to Land of the Living. The album has much to offer in its diversity of production. The original versions of Letting Go and Save My Soul were leaked and in final form were totally different with new vocals although I'm partial to the Gabriel and Dresdin version. i heard the demo of Song Lives On back in 1999 as one of the possible tracks for her second album and I have to say the version here is phenomially stronger. While I'll Be Your Light is one of Kristine's best songs, its placement on the ablum seems off wedged between Fly Again and The Wonder Of It All; although, the message of the song fits well between them. My favorite track is the stand out Crazy Life produced by Trendroid comes close to her Land of the Living material. The same can be said of the tracks Broken, Big Big Band, and Living Out Loud which showcase Kristine's experimental jazz side. Bittersweet is a wonderful ballad which had her pulling out her sax; the track reminds me of her Stronger material. I believe that Tommy Boy shorted the album by releasing only three singles--at least they should have had a few of the tracks dropped as promos for DJs and released a fourth single containing what remixes were made of those tracks. I would have loved remixes for Crazy Life and Living Out Loud. All in all Fly Again is a great album and should not be overlooked.

I'll Be Your Light is such a touching video with a child dealing with cancer. Save My Soul is another personal favorite of mine.

Simply put, Kristine can sing. I have seen her several times in various clubs and she has the goods! Check out this cd and look up her first disc Land of Living at amazon! Her lyrics are inspirational, insightful and her voice is unparalelled!
Kristine W can sing anything!

I waited (impatiently I might add) for Kristine to come out with a new album way back in 2003. When it finally came out, I was buying the only two copies that my Best Buy had in the store on the day it came out.
Kristine W consistently puts out fantastic dance music that anyone with ears can and will love and tap their feet to. Buy all of her stuff!
Kristine W. Kicks a**!

Kristine W. consistently makes great songs. Lots of gems on this album. Poweful voice. Dance beats, but not that disco hell. I really like this album. Fly Away is the dance hit. Broken is a gem if you only listen to two songs those would be it.
