This soundtrack has a direct line to my childhood. I loved playing this game growing up. It definitely changed how I viewed games, and affected what I would go on to play as I grew up. The soundtrack to this game is still among my favorites, it holds so many great memories with it.

The song for Aerith made me very sad. it is a sweet song, in every way possible- just as Aerith was. but it makes me sad to hear this song because Aerith is dead, and it litterally made me cry the second i heard it. it is a beautiful song, and it is worthy of Aerith herself. my thanks to Nobuo Uematsu.

Best track in the game if I may say. But maybe that's just because the slums and Honeybee Manor in particular were the best parts of the game. At least my 11 year old self thought so.

gameplay wise FF7 was not the best final fantasy game in my personal opinion people get overhyped about it cause they were not old enough to play the games when they came out and are just playing it now and have that puppy love feeling or they just have a really good memory about it and havent play the game in years but coming from a person who has been constantly playing and still playing.. FF9 is my favorite gameplay but music and charecter design FF7 is a winner but by a very slim margin and it is different for everyone and their isnt a Hands down Best FF game ever cause MOST of them are good, i say most cause every series has a Black sheep in the family.....im not going to name it cause some people like to defend it but ya FF7 musics Owns i love playing aeriths them on Acoustic guitar sounds soooooo beautiful

The 1st 16 tracs are just a compilation of the original soundtrack but the last 3 tracks are just Pure Masterpiece. Trust me.
