I have been Kitaro's fan for a long time and have a lot of his albums. What I like about this Sacred Journey o Ku-Kai series is its concept (of course music too!). Inspired by 9/11 event, he decided to spread his enteral message "World Peace" with this new series. What he does is recording 88 temple bells (peace bells) in Japan, and use them as a music motif and create 88 songs. If you listen to music carefully, you can hear the bells from each song. I think it's very unique and has a strong message. This volume 3 is full of smooth, elegant and relaxing sounds. Kitaro is a great musician and one-of-a-kind composer!!

Kitaro has continued to spiritually heal the minds and bodies of the last two generations. With his eclectic imagination and the voice from which he speaks through the keys and strings, leaves me sometimes in a never ending dreams state. I you review all his music you will find that he gets nothing less than a 5 star anything less would be a true insult to his extraordinary music and mind.

Kitaro is a man that knows his craft better than most. Though this album is in some ways a far cry from the previous ones in this series, Kitaro has once again refined his sound without losing any depth in composition. The layers to his composition here are slightly more bold (or rather more well-defined), but still breathtakingly satisfying. Keep an eye out for After the Rain, Winds Blow Over the Hill, and Into the Forest. There's a reason why this volume of all the Ku-Kai volumes so far has been nominated for a Grammy. If this doesn't win I'll be gravely disappointed. A must-have for Kitaro fans. Also, don't be afraid to check out the previous two Ku-Kai volumes. They're both just as good in their own subtle ways.
  • Kitaro is possibly one of the Best Relaxation Music God's!

I also was tuned into Kitaro when is was in the Military. In 1986 i was introduced to his ablum "Towards The East".I think i have almost every record he's made. When i was in Korea i found some that you could'nt get here, a little rough but Kitaro.
