Carlos Santana and Buddy Miles did recorded a live album (Carlos Santana & Buddy Miles! Live!) inside an inactive Hawaiian volcano crater back in '72. Fast forward 15 years and they get together again to collaborate on Freedom. I saw them live in Germany '87 and I will have to say that Buddy did steal the show. They were on tour together promoting this album which has some nice cuts: Veracruz, Deeper, Dig Deeper and Victim of Circumstance.
