Serious Hits...Live! (Remastered)

Arguably one of the best live albums of the the 1990s. I happed to be in Europe and attened a Serious Hits...Live! Concerts in Berlin, Germany in 1991. Everything for the was chosen just right for the concert, from the selection and sequence of songs to the sound effects. All of it contributed to the making of a great album. Anyhow, so I bought this album on CD, somewhat eskeptical of the sound quality, as soon as it came out after the band stop touring. To my surprise, tere was no lost of sound quality whatsoeverever, unheard of at the time for being recorderd live in concert. And then ofcourse there is the exelent work of musical work of Phill Collins and his band. Even today the quality of song writing, melodies and music that Phill Collins was able to put together and turn them into memorable songs that tell a relatable story and, more often then not, it could be the soundtrack of a movie about your life, right. Unfortunatly, now a days, musicians of such caliber are few and far beteen. anymore.
