    I just bought this a few days ago and have used it every day since. It is a great mix of music and ensures that I don't start unknowlingly start slowing down during my walks. I will probably buy more of these.

    1. THIS IS A WORKOUT ALBUM...NOT A GRAMMY AWARD CANDIDATE! 2. No original artists were used because they are too expensive...DUH! 3. The mixes are to produce a specific BEAT to follow during a workout, and specific songs were selected that match, or nearly match with tweaking, the desired beat. 4. Why is this difficult to understand...DUH!

    Ok i thought it was a pretty good mix the only things that upset me off was that the theme song wasnt their like"we need a change yeah,lets do it today yeah..." i wish that was there and why didnt they use the orginial artists that mad me confused!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    The best choice for what there is out there, after looking at what seems like all of these different mixes I keep coming back to this one. Music works well together, it's not annoying like some of them seem to be. Makes you move faster to the music, works well for what it's meant to do. I recommend it to anyone looking for something to make workouts more fun & energizing.

    i love this mix. i really like the songs stronger and 4 minutes. makes my time on the treadmill soo much easier. it's just the right beat for working out.

    I found the music to be perfect for exercising. The steady beats get you on a calorie burning pace, and push you to work out even harder. I was surprised to see how many more calories I burned (measured by my elliptical machine's display; not 100% accurate, but the increase was definitely real.) while using these workout remixes compared to my usual iPod selection over the same time. And the music made it easier to push through and go for longer periods. My favorites from this release would have to be Damaged and Shake It Off.
