Needed something new for the tredmill. It was great even made me want to run and I don't like to do that.Beat never stopped just overlapped really well.

I do a lot on cardio machines and I really like listening to this mix. It has a good fast paced tempo which makes it an ideal mix for running to. I use Holding Out For a Hero as my power song! It's a good one!

I must say the selection of tunes used for this workout mix is terrible. If I could get my money back, I would!! The songs just don't work with the techno beat. 70s Hits is awesome, 80s hits....not so much!

I am not sure what to think of 80's music with a cranked up BPM set to techo. . . ah right I can't stand it.
  • great for fast walking!

I got this CD a week ago and first tried it at the gym while using the elipse machine. I was disappointed with my selection because it seemed that the pace was too fast. Yesterday I walked a 5K and decided to give it another try. I have walked with "Motorcity Stroll" for 2 years and absolutley love it but really getting kinda tired of the songs. WOW! This is a GREAT CD for walking. The songs are up tempo and bridged together very nicely so the beat is never lost. I like how the next song is layered underneath the current playing song at the end of it so that there are always words in your head to keep you going.
