Homeboy Sandman, with a flow second to none, is back with another installment of dope cuts. Throughout 'Nourishment,' the wordplay is on another level. This is recommended listening for anyone curious to hear a rising star on the New York hip-hop scene do his thing. Enjoy.

I haven't heard an album like this in a long time. This guy really comes off a lot different than a lot of other cats out there. I would defenitly recommend buying this joint it's gonna breath some new life into your ears and your souls. I must also mention the sound of the recordings and the way Homeboy sandman vocals are put to beat are fabulous!! Kudos to the guy who engineered this album. I see Homeboy Sandman spared no expense to get his music out there!!
