Iggy is in top form, singing with such extreme power. AND ON KEY! Everybody talks about how ruff it is, which it is. But its also very tight. Iggy actual sings the songs instead of his usual drunken whining of the lyrics, the guitarist was great too, plays all the right notes. Its so rare to hear Iggy perform on the same level he is recorded on albums like funhouse, but to me he did it here. One thing should be noted, this is not punk. Iggy was never rebelling against the 60's blues rock establishment, he was just the rawest most unadulterated form of it.

I don't know about this album. It sounds pretty rough to me, even for punk. But, what I DO know is that this is the only place on iTunes you can get the song 'Run Like A Villain' from the 1982 LP "Zombie Birdhouse". Great song, even all roughed up like this. Well worth a buck.
