It’s lit

Iggy still rips! There are a lot of great ingredients here: quality production, catchy tunes, punk angst, melodic new wave & goth accents...and then there's Iggy himself -- still charasmatic and as unique as ever, that gravely voice aging like fine wine. This record holds up well to his punk legacy and to his famous peers like Bowie & Lou Reed. Iggy's been on a tear since Post-Pop Depression.

The riff on Modern Day Ripoff sorta sounds like a modern day ripoff of a song by the name of Favourite Shirt by Haircut 100 from 1982. Still, the best song on the album.

Thank you Jim. I was worried you where just sitting around your pool in Miami soaking in way too much chlorine and sun. Perhaps even forgetting about the laps you always swam in it. I'm glad I was wrong. it's great to hear you splash around again! You, Mr. Watts and company have created a really good album that has encompassed many of the styles from your past. This time perhaps even tighter then before and mixing them all together in one tidy package. Jim there's pleanty of time later to lay around a pool, meanwhile enjoy a great piss in one again.
