Any one between the ages of 1-13 is a child so yes a pre-teen is a child(p.s I’m not saying a teenager is not an minor because they are but they are classified as young adults not children) anyway I usually love her music but this is so trash(in my opinion) also that one person who said “if you have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all” people criticizing it so she would make better music in the future it’s called “constructive criticism” anyway song is mid( go head try to kill me teenagers who have bad taste)
