This album is one of the best of all time. But don’t just listen to there big hits. Also listen to songs like “Give Me Novocain” “She’s A Rebel” “Homcoming” and “Letterbomb”. LETTERBOMB IS THE BEST SONG ON HERE LISTEN TO IT

It’s one of the best albums I’ve ever listened to, but towards the end it seemed like they lost a bit of motivation. That’s all okay though, because Billie and gang are some of the best artists in the industry as of now and forever. These guys totally hold a large place in my heart (though I with they’d come out with a clean version soon!) and Green Day has influenced my musical career to great lengths

This album is extremely creative in the sense that is tells the hypothetical, chronological story of a young, depressed, lost, drug addict who leaves his home town, meets a girl, and changes his life. It also sends a strong political message. The songs in this album are filled with raw emotion and it’s by far the band’s coolest sounding release. This specific version of the album also includes all of the songs in their original form, which I personally like. (It also features “Wake Me Up When September Ends”, a song about Billie’s father dying of cancer in the artist’s youth. This happened in the month of September. After hearing this news, Billie locked himself in his room, and said to his mother: “Wake me up when September ends.” This is where the name comes from.) You’ll enjoy listening to this album.

I am so over streaming songs. I want to OWN the songs. My ipod i bought off ebay arrives tomorrow and I'm already buying songs off iTunes again to throw on it. I miss owning music and remember whenever I bought music it made me focus in and feel the experience of just listening to music. not treating it like its just background noise. This is the first album I'm buying again. love it so much.
