Wild Desire (Live Sessions)

I have seen this duo several times. They are both talented. I like their take on Johnny’s work. I wish I could have seen the collaboration with the Nash ballet.

Trent Dabbs and Amy Stroup are clearly admirers of Johnny Cash. You can tell that by seeing their live shows, listening to their last album, or even their solo work. This collection of songs is just further proof. While keeping the spirit of Cash, the songs have the distinctive spunk and exuberance of Sugar and The Hi Lows. It is well produced, well played collection suitable for Johnny Cash or Sugar and The Hi Low fans.
