Graceful, pleasant, and pretty

I bought "Bright Winter Star" off this album on a whim and quite enjoyed it. Gradually, over time, I downloaded song after song until I had finally paid more than I might have if I had bought the entire album right off. I have not been disappointed by any of these tracks. Janis is only a recent discovery for me. He is just "what the doctor ordered" as far as I'm concerned: presenting graceful, peaceful, and beautiful musical arrangements. I am a big Kevin Kern/Lorie Line/George Winston fan as well, and in my opinion, Janis holds his own quite nicely against these other fine musicians. For his part, Janis adds sweeping and gentle melodies on a somewhat grander scale. Try, for example, "Heaven's Wonders...". You may end up, like me, sampling and sampling again--until you end up with the entire album after all. :-)
