Fade Away - Single

First off, this is a little too mainstream for me and I have never had to say that about a wcar song. On this album it sounds like maybe they don't entirely get rid of the keyboards, but I don't hear much. Also they have been getting less and less heavy some of Daves screams are just yelling, not many lows like the album to plant a seed. I have listened to most of the songs already on the album and at least there are still some songs that are great and show that they still stick to their roots with heavy breakdowns. I don't want to bash on the band or the album they are still one of my favorites, just one guys opinion.

Someone must have accidentally posted a Skillet song instead of WCAR… This is meh… not legendary, like their previous albums.

I am all for evolving and changing sounds, don't get me wrong, but what we have here is a devolution of an amazing band. I can't say enough how much I loved TPAS and UWWGTB. The cleans were their only downfall imo. I honestly was STOKED when I heard "Tracing Back Roots," a powerful song with less cleans. I knew that was a step in the right direction, but this.. This is mainstream radio rock. Dave does have nice cleans but this isn't WCAR imo. Maybe this is just a fluke and the rest will be good, but I'm not impressed with this.

The son just sounds like the same mainstream music that hear on the radio most of the time which sometimes I like but this song just seems boring and not that good at all. But again this is only one song from their upcoming album so who knows maybe the album will brilliant compared to this song.(sure hope so)

This is not WCAR tracing back roots was such a good song but then this?? C'mon 👎👎

I really love this new approach. I honestly didn't love their last album as much as their first but this is a great new direction the band is heading. I've always loved WCAR and I have a ton of respect for them and this single will really have you pumped

Definitely a change from the old stuff, but still fantastic.

Huge disappointment.

I didnt like thier last album all to much.. but this is a vast improvment. Seems like they got rid of the auto tune bs. If the rest of the album sounds this good it will be a good buy
