For those with a peripheral awareness of Zeppelin's music, it's understandable they hear it as mostly bombastic. But the deep tracks better reflect the extent of the band's talent. In fact, these songs sound even better as time goes on. Go thru their first six albums and purchase the least popular songs. You will be very pleased.

There are some truly great songs on here like Since I've Been Loving You, Immigrant Song and Gallows Pole, but I find it one of Zeppelin's weaker efforts. Some songs don't hold up well or just are not even songs (Hats off to Roy Harper). But it is still a solid record overall.

This is one of my personal favorite Led Zeppelin albums. This album has a great flow, track after track. Also, this album has great vocals, great drum solos, and great guitar solos as well. Finally, the instruments wrap around the vocals like no other, and intertwine perfectly. Definitely looking forward to the next limited play album, and extended play album from Led Zeppelin.

The Joni Mitchell and Buffalo Springfield appreciation shows on the acoustic stuff . One album of theirs that hold up over time ..

After hearing the EP from Greta Van Fleet, I was reminded how I used to love Led Zeppelin. It's been a decade or two, but I'm glad I was drawn back to these pioneers!

Whatever Beatles you were in a different period where your music was better. But, unfortunately the psychedelic stuff brought you down. Every Zeppelin song is good, and this is one of the top 3 albums of Zeppelin.
