I've given this album lots of listens but it's just too choppy and scattered for my ear. Nothing too ear catching as far as instrumentals go. I bought this hearing a lot of comparisons from this guy to blockhead, and afetr lsitening there is hardly anything the same. Blockhead layers samples. This guy is just a long dj set that makes me want to puke. I'd rather boil puppies than listen to this album.
  • A Seamless Work of Underground Hip-Hop

I am a huge fan of drum & bass, underground hip-hop and lounge and am constantly on a quest to find music that encompasses these genres. Impossible to believe that one artist could capture the essence of all 3 styles of music that I enjoy. If you want to bump a CD from start to finish without interruption please check out this album. I don't normally write reviews, seems lame, but I simply cannot say enough good things about this artist. Just listening to the track "Afternoon Love In" is worth the measly 10 bucks you'll spend.
  • Yet, Another great release.

Prefuse continues to make sounds that you will never hear anywhere else. The beat flows smoothly yet it's everywhere, and you never want it to end. There's a reason why Prefuse 73 secured a #2 spot in Better Propaganda's "Artist of the Decade" award.
