Black Codes From The Underground

Meant to give tribute to the pioneer freedom provider Harriet Tubman, this album never ceases to take you to an unknown place and set you on a journey into a musical oasis. From the soothing and exquisitely mystical rhythms of For Wee Folks, to the tantalizing assault administered by "Tain" and crew on Chambers of Tain, it continuously speaks to you in tones and melodies which hold you captive and pleading for more. I've logged thousands of miles while surrendering to the dynamic acoustics, and each time it tells me a different story as I venture into this never-ending bliss of musical majesty. It is done. Capturing the essence of what music is capable of, life now is not only possible via historically defined living organisms, but has been born again through an infinitely riveting onslaught of harmonic prose. This album is truly worthy.
