All the positive reviews were written two months before this even dropped, kinda like that Clipse album, I think that says it all about the quality of this thing. Mariah's sound is tired and she obviously can't sing anymore, as demonstrated by her live performances, and we've all moved on.

After looping Jesus I Do & Here For It All over and over again and singing and praying and dancing it out, I fell in love with Nothing Is Impossible and My Love. Now I just can’t stop groovin’ and poppin’ and singing along.

It’s not the rhythmic tapestry of Caution but it feels progressive while harkening back to 70’s Foundational Black American soul music mixed with the fervor of hip hop. This is quiet storm personified music.

How many can name a current Artist. That has a 30+yr career & still on the charts. Also the most (written or co-written #1 songs on the “Pop Charts” by a Female vocalist.) Of course some critiques are unfounded.(Haters are always gonna’hate) It is customary usually for a long career (to stay relevant) She’s done Ballads, Uptempo Songs, but because she is a “Vocalist” she has dueted with some of the best Hip-Hop/Rappers on vocals while writing the songs also. This Album has a little bit of everything! We’ll rounded. I guess some people might object. But I find it refreshing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Algjr. 👍🏼❤️

I didn’t expect much from this since caution was a no skip rave review album and would be tough to follow up.
This album is shockingly no skips minus maybe the Clark Sisters duet if you’re not the gospel/religious type.
It is relaxed, yet fun, and sounds just like the Mariah we all know and love.
Stand outs for me are the title track- probably one of the most gorgeous songs she has ever written in her 35 year career. Be prepared to tear up.
“play this song” is smooth and an earworm.
“in your feelings” is another earworm.
“Nothing is impossible” is a true Mariah Carey ballad for those who want some of the nostalgic Mariah Carey.
The opening track is fun, different and smooth.
This is a mature album that shows she still has it, has nothing left to prove, and is giving us quality music.
