Very disappointed! The limited melodies were all over the place,not one cohesive song. No downloadable song on it in my opinion. I was looking forward to the release but expected at least a couple songs to like,but wasn’t impressed. I liked a lot of their previous work but definitely not this one.

I enjoyed the whole album. Chicago, Philadelphia, and Bane are my favorites. The album gets better with every listen.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after hearing the first 3 releases. Hard drive gold just isn’t good, U&Me is ok and Get Better grows on you. The Actor is very good and definitely strikes a chord, but I wasn’t ready to be overwhelmed… I was. This is an incredible work of art. The harmonies are better, Joe’s voice has aged into a beautiful rich butter that soothes the soul and I just…can’t get enough of it. This album is gorgeous and an ode to what it is to be human in a weird timeline. And it’s what we all need to listen to.

Alt-J music is a perfect blend of harmony, unpredictability, and genius. Like a roadtrip for the mind, the music takes me to unexpected places and keeps such interesting and enjoyable melodies, beats, rhythms. The first two albums were such perfect pieces, and now this one seems just as brilliant. You will love it.
