Surprising But Still Amazing

I’m probably Matthew Parker’s #1 fan. I can’t get enough of his music, and have been dying for a new album of his for over a year. I nearly fell off my seat when I saw this album up for preorder. It’s going to be worth every single penny, and I’m already loving the samples! Keep up the incredible work, Matthew Parker! You make THE BEST Christian music!
UPDATE: After the album’s release and listening to all the songs, I was a bit disappointed at first. Matthew definitely switched to pop instead of his usual EDM.
As much as I wish this was another amazing EDM album, I have to say, his music is still amazing, and his pop is my favorite. In every genre (dance, dubstep, pop), Matthew dominates.
In summary: while I still wish he was doing EDM, he’s done amazing with this pop!
So, yes; although a bit surprising, Daydreamer is still totally worth the buy and a few of the songs on this album have already made their way to my favorites: most notably Breathe, Lately, Lucid, and Find Ü.
