Matthew has amazing depth and maturity! I'm looking forward to how he grows and what he produces. The album is a nice mixture of genres and provides auditory suprises. His music moves the listener into a beautiful place of personal reflection and praise to the Lord, resulting in a renewed appreciation for His love and desire for a close relationship with Him. Thanks, Matthew! And thanks, Holy Spirit, for working through him. (Matthew, you have a pretty nice family, too--and wonderful parents.)
PS: I'm old, so I didn't really get "Lunar Turtle Dance", but it was good, too. :)

Matthew Parker loves the Lord and gives God all the glory for his incredible musical talents. This, his debut album, is a great reminder of the wonderful relationship that God, who sits high in the heavens above this blue sky, has with us, his people who live under this blue sky. Each song is full of faith in the Gospel, hope of an eternity with God, and love for Jesus, in whom all our blessings under this blue sky are possible.
