Even though I already knew how incredibly amazing & talented California based singer/songwriter Tori Kelly is since the successful release of “Unbreakable Smile”, I wasn’t expecting her to follow that up with a complete & equally uplifting 180 degree switch
The fact is because, as she firmly suggested, “Hiding Place” makes her transition into Gospel music, and for good reason too; this devout Christian wanted to distinguish herself from the others by affirming that you can still have a triumphant pop career without falling into the many temptations it brings, and she’s more blessed than ever because of it
