I wish that the music business was more supportive of this timeless music. I had the good fortune of working briefly with Eddie Offord who had previously engineered Yes and ELP. He told me that David was easily the finest keyboardist that he ever recorded. Bruce Springsteen said of a young Sancious that after David had been only playing guitar for about a year and a half that Sancious was one of the best guitarists he had ever heard. After the era in Sancious' career he became one of the very best sidemen touring with Jack Bruce, Jon Anderson, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Eric Clapton, Seal and many more. One of my regrets was never seeing David perform his own music live with Tone. Thank God that we have these recordings. Enjoy them often and spread the word.

Finding this LP on CD is next to impossible. (although I have the original vinyl from 1980) I've seen CD's upwards of $50 to $75 online over the years. (as I no longer spend large sums on CD's anymore, I've settled for 'passible' rips that I found online to at least hear some of the tunes) I jumped on this as soon as I saw Apple finally added it to their catalog. Just a great LP. All songs included. Without going into each song review, suffice it to say, "Suiite...", the masterpiece on this offering is incredible and the Drummer kicks throughout the LP. The Keys tend to the Prog side of things and the Bass is crazy tight. A great Lp to listen to if you like a great recording and nice fidelity, great musicianship, and a creative juntaposition of styles. And remember this was 1979!!!
