Lyrically, I just don’t understand the pushback against anyone who questions the government. It kinda makes zero sense coming from this type of band. It’s like the became this leftist group. Maybe they’ve always been that way but I’ve been a fan ever since the beginning. I appreciate some of the riffs, but overall I’m disappointed

Chevelle is one of very, very few rock bands that can crank out a new tune that gets your head banging and your blood pumping. If anyone loves Chevelle but hasn’t been to a show your doing yourself a great injustice. I have seen them a few times as an opening band and ended up leaving halfway through the headlining band because they killed the buzz and couldn’t match Chevelle’s level of energy! They do some experimenting with their music but always maintain their nucleus. I can’t wait for the next release. ROCK ON, CHEVELLE!!!

Overproduced and trifling.

This song rocks. Pain and simple. Vintage. Great hook. Read whatever you want to with the lyrics—this song is great. If rock radio has a clue they’ll play the f out of this. It’ll be an instant addition to their greatest hits.

Shame one of my favorite bands growing up is shilling for the establishment. Rock used to be anti establishment. What happened?

Great song! Based upon the name of the song, Part I, looks like we may get another gem from them soon. Can’t wait!

Nothing negative to say. Not sure why other people dislike it. It’s not like Chevelle is going towards a completely different genre like a lot of other bands have done.
