i frist heard of this guy from my bff who's frech and i love him! i can't wait til itunes gets the song!

Kamini is a genius choreographer, hip-hop artist, social commentator and philosopher. I love his video about gangsta rap artists (not for children, unless you're okay with them hearing the f word) because he dresses in drag and curses melodiously in english, while illustrating perfectly his perceived overuse of curse words to punctuate speech. I want to share the Marly Gomont video with my 4th and 5th grade students, because it's tastefully done and perfectly clean (and funny). Does anyone know where I can purchase his video? Je vous adore Kamini! Bravo.

This video is really funny and yet it is about a serious subject. I don't think it is racist like some other people have said because this is his perception of what is happening in France and everyone is should be free to express their feelings. This said, I do like Mary Gomont better and I hope Kamini does more videos like it.

I think Kamini's first single and music video, "Marly-Gomont" was really funny... It was about his life as the only black man living in a village in the middle of nowhere in the French countryside. His second single is not as funny as his first in terms of the lyrics, but the beat is still good. He did not overtop his first single, which came #1 in the French single releases. The song is a bit racist too, when he says for example that caucasians don't get arrested by the police even though they have hash, and that they have smaller p∑nises... It's still OK - just not his best...

I thought that this video was halarious!!! lol. It made me laugh. We wated this video in French Class and it all made us laugh really hard!!!
