Okay, we all know that Allan Harris has a great voice, and his band always delivers, but in Black Bar Jukebox, he delivers a fantastic variety of music we all love (or will soon love)—it’s like listening to my iPod on shuffle (which is my modern day jukebox)! I mean, how can you not love hearing a classic standard, and then Allan’s unique version of Daughters and an Elton John song?!!

Alan Harris is keepin’ the old school jazz vibes alive with his wonderful guitar playing and his warm voice. Had a chance to experience a stellar live performance with him again last weekend in New York at the Hilton hotel during “two great days of jazz”. In the “Harlem Suite” he showcased with his charming personality songs from the new album: beautiful renditions of classics as well as his own compositions.
