The Texas group Arastella performs atmospheric music using jazzy melodies and hypnotic arragnements. The group's music seems to be written without obvious mainstream trends showing influence from classical music and modern music. The instrumentation is solid: Arastella combines hypnotic meldies and subtle changes in rhythm and note pattern succeeding at building a hypnotic atmosphere. Vocal work is very strong and reminds me of a vocalist from progressive metal band ReVamp - Floor Jensen. The singer is very flexible and possible capable to perform in multiple genres: rock, pop, jazz, classical, and so on . The only weaknes is an overly simplistic rhythm section and repetion of one motife without enough variations but that does not affect the melodic flow and vocal harmonies. The group utilizes a vocal centric approach. Arastella focus on atmosphere and the rhythm have been simplified on purpose. Also, the main melody is very clever, catchy, and elegant which justifies repetition. Lyrics express the themes of eroticism but avoid vulgar and obsene language and use mysticism: 'Ah, who is James Dean?' In conclussion it is a very good song.

She is definitely an artist to watch! Such a strong and beautiful voice and the song is so catchy :)

This is awesom music to listen to at the end of the day after the long work day has taken its toll and you just want to sit down and chill. Her voice is very soulful and deep and works very well with the musical accompaniment. 5/5 very awesome ;).
