There have been a handful of great albums by female singer-songwriters over the last couple of years (Ashley Monroe's "Like A Rose", Angaleena Presley's "American Middle Class", Brandy Clark's "12 Stories" and Kasey Musgraves' "Same Trailor, Different Park") not to mention two great Pistol Annies' albums and Provoked stands tall with them. I had never heard either of Sunny's first two albums but was intrigued when Provoked came out and so bought it on impulse and it was a great buy. There is not a bad song here. The song-writing is stellar and the delivery gives the album real heart. I highly recommend Provoked.

I was introduced to Sunny when she opened for Alabama at the Kentucky State Fair this past August and I just was so impressed with her. She has the attitude and the voice. I met her after her performance and she was fantastic. I would recommend her music to anyone.

Another all in all Great album from a rising star, I think the cover of the Lucinda Williams song "Cant let go" does not quite quite work. It seemed kinda rushed.. But I really like the rest of the album, Its very well produced. Give each song a listen and Im sure you will find a few you like.

Well where to begin, this album starts off with a great song. This was the first song that I had herd her sing at a concert, then Drink Myself Single. Absolutely fell in love. Got the honor to meet her and boy was it worth it!

The songs are beautifully written and Sunny’s vocals are AMAZING!!! She is awesome in person and needs to be supported fully by the country community! This is a must buy. Backhanded Compliment is sassy and spot on!
