It's very rare for myself and possibly most everyone else to immediately like all the songs in a CD (yes, I still buy CDs!) on the very first listen. And now after listening to the whole album 5+ times, I would have to say that this is a truly amazing work of art by Birdy! I never heard of Birdy before Evie Clair covered "Wings" on AGT but now, I am a big fan! It's refreshing to find talented females like Birdy who don't need to show skin to sell records. All You Never Say and Words As Weapons are new favorites but when I first heard this years ago Skinny Love was my favorite and then with time All About Angels. She's amazing!!! I love singers who aren't from the USA so much difference and I love it.

Her songs are okay, but her voice is just empty. It has no depth or personality to it; she sounds like she's singing from the back of her throat the whole time. I could probably get into this if it wasn't for the lack of any power in her voice, but it honestly just gets annoying.
