As close to a Donny Box set as we’ll probably see. So many other artist, some not as talented have box sets that chronicle their whole careers (albums, rare tracks, undressed, etc.) This is close, enough to touch the high points and the included unreleased material is excellent. I’d love to have a complete Donny box but I’m very pleased with this set and the booklet and packaging is nicely done also. Thank you Rhino!

I was so happy these new songs were release to the world. Donny was truly a gifted musician with a unique gift.. his voice. I especially like the "live recordings" at Bitter End night club in New York (what's going on, Jealous Guy, The Ghetto, etc.). Those songs compliment the original songs published on his Album, Donny Hathaway Live, record in New York and Los Angeles. Also the songs recorded with Roberta Flack are well received.

His music transfixed my musical ear for a lifetime. My greatest artist of all time. His death affected me as much as the death of such famous people to me as Frank, kennedy, Martin and my mother. His music WILL NEVER DIE

He should have thousands of reviews, artistically our culture is a mess. This is one of the most talented artist of any time, Donny's the man.
