Mindy Smith is a treasure. I've seen her perform live many times and her vocals are always so heartfelt and shimmering. Her last release of Christmas songs has become a standard for me. Up there with Karen Carpenter. And this new release is the perfect addition. There's a similarity to Mindy and Karen -- the vulnerability in their vocals. One Moment More by Mindy is one of the most heartbreakingly stunning songs I've ever heard. Keep making music, Mindy. I'll always support it.

Her Christmas CD has been an all-time favorite of mine since it came out. Her voice and how she carries the lyrics are just so fitting for the season. And I can't believe how well her own written songs are! I feel like they should be part of the classic repertoire of Christmas songs along with old favorites like Silent Night. Thanks for the new songs, Mindy!

This is quickly becoming my new favorite Holiday record!! Mindy Smith's voice is like an angel. Her 2 original songs show what a talented song writer she is! Who does that? Write not only 1, but 2 NEW Christmas songs??? Amazing! Thank you!!

to My Holiday, her first Christmas album. Nothing brings the warmth to Christmas like some Mindy Smith Christmas tunes.

Tomorrow is Christmas Day has the potential to be a real hit, with it's melodic arrangement and Allison Krauss meets Taylor Swift sensibility. Snowed In is on par with Smith's previous Christmas themed originals. The arrangement and vocal on Silent Night make it a standout. The rendition of Auld Lang Syne is a bit too sweet for my taste, but is perfect otherwise. What Child is This is the least remarkable of the 5 tracks, being serviceable but not much of a standout. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the EP to Mindy Fans and I'd also recommend Silent Night and the two originals as individual purchases for everyone else.
