As per all of Theo's music, this song has great lyrics and a wonderful hook. I can't get enough of his music!

"Please politicians, preachers: pray, give us wisdom; teach us right from wrong." I'm so impressed with the breaks and internal rhyme scheme in the chorus! Theo, you may have been busy trying to write a Pop Song, but you definitely succeeded. I think the studio version here is even better than what you played in concert on the Listen Up tour. Thank you for a new addition to my upbeat playlist!

I had never heard of Theo before seeing him perform at Listen Up. His music has inspired me like no other artist since James Taylor (yep, I'm a Boomer). I'm so happy to finally be able to add Pop Song to my collection...it has been my favorite of all his songs since I heard it live. Rock on Theo, and thanks for sharing your gifts with the world!
