Where I Stood is a gorgeous ballad. Can't really beat that. The only negative to this album is "What Have I Done". Rather drab, but if that's the only bad song, then this was an absolute success.

I bought this when it came out and just started listening to it again this week after I bought and enjoyed the Christmas album

LeAnn Rimes released this album perhaps at the wrong time, but I believe that celebrity LeAnn is different than country singer LeAnn and she should be appreciated for her talent as a songwriter and vocalist. My favorite tracks are "Borrowed" and "What Have I Done" which proves that LeAnn still has it and should be among the top female country singers again.

Loved her voice ten/fifteen years ago, but the dig/feel sorry for me vibe of the whole darn album, plus just average country girl vocals this time around ruined it for me. Wish I had just previewed and not wasted the money on it. Go for Carrie or Miranda or the old LeeAnn!

What a voice. From the moment I heard her sing, I’ve been a fan. I have to laugh that folks focus on negative issues in her personal life. God gave this beautiful lady a set a pipes and I’m grateful that she blesses us with them. Folks, just do a search on another great musician, Merle Haggard and his past life makes LeAnn’s woe’s look like after-school detention. While I’m ranting on about that, look at the Apostle Paul’s rap sheet….I thought so. So lets focus on the music please and forgiveness and love. Outstanding and glad to see you back LeAnn!!

I will always be a fan. No one sounds like Leann Rimes. She sounds better than ever.

Her talent is without a doubt fully established and this work here adds to a collection that will be her legacy. I have been so amazed by the one song that has captured the true essence of this CD and that would be "What Have I Done" The music as a whole is superb, but this one song truly shows her remarkable talent and how much her voice contributes to telling a painful story of love lost. Like so many I was total enraptured by a young girl whose voice was able to sing a song such as "Blue", but didn't give much credence to any of her work afterwards. I believe that was a mistake on my part to not have grown with her music, just as she grew into her talent. I can say with this work I have a lot of catching up to do for what was done in the past, but this work is something I am glad to have re-discovered because it is soulful country.

This whole album is amazing! I love singing along to it. Her songs are honest and relatable. Awesome singer/songwriter!

I wasn't even planning on buying this album or any of her music. I had pretty much written her off, but I am so glad I took the time and listened. Her voice is AMAZING! This album is amazing.
