The audio quality is not the best on a few tracks but he has a very good and very LOWWW voice some of these are nitch songs but I'm happy with it.Yes there are better basses and even lower ones though not many of the latter J.D. Sumner,London Parris and Harold Gilley come to mind. He's good and has a awesome low range hitting Ab1-F1 frequently,I think I heard a Eb1 or D1 at some point though I'll half to double check that.

The stuff in the background is what's making me suspicious. Me being a bass, I appreciate a bass has an album available on iTunes. However, because the arrangement of the songs sounds mostly of keyboard, I don't know if his voice really goes that low or not. Plus, the songs are a bit hokey. I don't know on this one. If you want this album, then by all means, buy it.

This is so bad, it's good. It's not "Richard Hung" bad, because this guy can at least sing. The hawiian shirt is a nice touch.

It is clear that this performer has a very, very exclusive musical niche, if the word "musical" can be attached at all. I have listened to many bass singer who's tone and resonance exceed Roger's by quantum leaps. Moreover, his pitch oscillates between poor, shameful, and abhorent from note to note! At the end of the day, Roger's intentions are good, but that is sadly the only positive thing to say about this work. This is the equivalent to vocal ipecac. If you are interested in purchasing something for a bloopers or bumblers presentation, this CD comes highly recommended. Sorry!
