Discovered this album by tuning into the local college radio station. Super hip, musically interesting record. Rhythmically intricate and yet super accessible. I know nothing about these guys but I am really liking their stuff.

Been following this little duo for a couple of years - Totally unique sound, instrumentation, vocals and lyrics. Hard to fit into a genre - they have a demented brilliance and fierce musicianship. The songs don't fit the familiar AABA stylistic formula, but are rather interwoven themes with twists and turns. Highly recommended as a first-rate sonic adventure.

Their signature sound is back on this album, with way less of the filler tracks. The melodies go up, down, and all over the place…which is one reason I like them so much. There are plenty of interesting vocal tricks going on as well. I say if you liked the previous album (Riposte), you'll like this one even more. I'm impressed! Check it out.
