I just had the pleasure of seeing LP on TV, some news morning talk show that I never watch but today I did. Her performance was a mixture of so many things I could not wrap my head around it ..... theatrical , old school , simple in such a good way. Exciting ,uplifting just a very cool ball of yummy for your soul, and at the end of the song a tear fell from my eyes, and I was like What is going on AHHH I ran to he computer to look her up and download her music.... Thank You LP

Anyone here know if she is the singer on a song called Perect? sounds like her. I t was on a old mp3 I had listed as the band Cracker (who I know she sang a song with)

It says its here there but can find no other mention of this song on the net. outside one place that has lyrics.

I have never felt the way I felt when I first listened to her sing before. I was instantly mesmerized by her voice and I immediately fell in love with her. As I discovered the rest of the songs on this album my undying love for her grew. Within 10 minutes of listening to her songs i had purchased the entire album. She is so beautiful and extremely talented. I do not let a day go by without listening to at least some of her music. I do not mean it lightly when I say that she is my main reason for living.

LP has her own unique style that sets her apart from mainstream American Idols types. She's soulful in a Joplin way with killer lyrics that really carry a message. She's a standout in her presence and delivery. Looking for your dates and more CDs. She rocks!
