I’m sitting here listening to the NEW Baby Anne CD “Bad Baby” , and I can’t help but be inspired to give it the proper review it deserves. I have been there from the beginning, back in Orlando when “Orlando Breaks” was getting started. From a corner in the Den at The Club @ Firestone to Sunday School at the Edge, Raves at the Skating Rink and shopping for records at the Drop Shop, Names like DJ Baby Anne, DJ Icee (now DJ Icey), D’Extreme and DJ Huda Hudia were all you talked about. “This mix and that mix” , “when the song dropped” , “I was like… when the bass hit” were common starts to any description of how these DJ’s made each night an unforgettable moment, till they topped it the following week. With “Bad Baby”, Baby Anne brings back that old school funk with a new smell, dropping bass like always, this is a CD you MUST add to your collection. She takes you on a ride the way DJ’s should; Abducting you from the moment you press play, she takes you on a Basstastic trip you can’t help but move too. Her tracks and collaborations are unmatched, so stand up, I dare you not to move… and get ready to pay the Queen of Bass her respects with your best moves! She has come a long way and with this CD she sets a NEW Standard…. Bad Baby!
