It would be brilliant if it was the only thing Girish had ever done, but he does this every time . Always reinventing, always miraculous. These sweeping sounds and steady rhythms will pick you up, take you away and put you down again (carefully) somewhere else.
I play this in my stronger yoga classes and I play this when I'm cooking a family dinner. I play it on long drives when I'm happy. I play it when I'm walking around sad.

GIRISH is, hands downs, one of the most talented singer musicians in his space, and I'm not limiting his "space" in my view to yoga- kirtan - world music. Anybody who appreciates qualitative rhythmic, soul swaying, beautiful, hypnotic, up-lifting, mood-inspiring music needs to get with this album.
