This entire album is a love story set to music. Seriously. Phil Wickham has a song entitled Divine Romance (which is absolutely lovely, btw), and I think that just about sums up the general theme of this album: the Creator's divine romance with us, His creation. Let There Be gives me chills, You Are My Heart is simply gorgeous, and Ezekiel breaks my heart every time I listen to it. Seriously, buy this album, then sit and listen to it, uninterrupted, from start to finish. You won't regret it.
  • This is a must have album.

Despite what you got from the samples, I highly recommend this album. It's very relaxing. You can sing to it, or it's just as great to just listen. Awesome song to listen to while falling asleep. Very powerful, very majestic. Really, spend the money or get it from a friend.

This tastes like Sigur Ros started loving Jesus and then blended their style and approach with Sufjan Stevens and Enter the Worship Circle and a crazy Spanish guitar player and maybe a DJ, and then created an album that tells the entire story of the universe and God and man...This album is EPIC. Thank you Gungor!!
  • Wow.

I love and listen to just about all types of music. You name it rock, acoustic stuff, heavy metal, rap, techno/electronic, pop, punk/pop, etc. I bought this album, and it felt like for the first time I was listening to actual music. This is straight up a masterpiece. And I'm glad to see others recognize that too. Also, after reading Michael'a blog "Zombies, Wine, and Christian Music" I love this band even more.
  • Can I give it six stars?

Dynamic, captivating, and musically excellent. From start to finish, this album's intentionality keeps listeners in a place of true wonder as they hear God's story unfold. Well done, Gungor. Well done.

I love Gungor's creativity, how they refuse to settle for fitting the mold of Christian music. They really understand the relationship of Jesus and His Bride, and I feel like the whole album showcases that relationship. He creates her, loves her, she flees, He chases her, she realizes who He is... It's beautiful, and SO different. This album is about good music and the love story of every human heart, that Jesus really is beautiful and He really is the one we are looking for. This is the kind of music the world needs. My heart cries out for the world to know the Jesus that Gungor sings about - the Jesus who is both sitting at the right hand of the Father in heaven and sitting at the right hand of our hearts. Now that I'm off my pedestal, you can buy this. I don't even like every song... and I still give it 5 stars.
