The Fires of Ork

it was not long ago, in the late 90s and early 00s, that it seemed that 'you couldn't go wrong' with namlook. every project of his i found was excellent to just down right great ('traveling without moving'). this is another excellent one: dark, awash in reverb, at the edge of space, philosophy of samples... here, 'the facts of life' is nice little dubby thing bouncing along the mellow swells. all is good. namlook & jenssen have produced a fine work for space-&-sample cadets. also, namlook has introduced me to many other artists i never would have heard of. i can easily say: 'you still can't go wrong with namlook'.
