I thought Kanye's MBDTF was the album of the year and nothing was gonna surpass it...til I heard this beautiful album! Mikkey goes in with unparalleled hunger like he ain't never ate and it is apparent on every track, just like a debut should be. It may not be better than Mr. West's album but lyrically The Dark Room is superior. There's no filler material in this album, every track goes hard, and with 3/4 of it produced by the legendary No I.D. u can be rest assured that the beats match the incredible lyricism. Chi-Town stand up!!!
