Another masterpiece from the quintessential musical artist. He doesn't just sing and play music. Music fills his heart and soul. That's never been more evident than on this extraordinarily beautiful and heartwrenching song. His voice and his fingers become the emotion his words express in a way that is unsurpassed by any other artist. In all the right places, there is a rise or softening in the timbre of his voice and in his touch on the piano keys that perfectly complements the lyrics and the emotions they express. It is a masterful work of art from a masterful musical craftsman.

When Ferras sings the world stands still for me. You can not only hear the music you can feel it..deep down..where no other musician has been able to find you. He tugs and tugs at your heart until you resign and just let him take you wherever the journey of the song is headed. If you have never experienced the pain that some of his songs entail..you will without a doubt experience it through Ferras and his amazingly beautiful voice. Even his engaging piano playing tells a story. If you are lucky you will not only be able to hear this mans love of music you will get to see him perform it like you can here. And that is a DAMN shame. This is stunning, heart-wrenching and unlike any other music. I honestly can't think of words good enough to describe how much I love this song. Just the piano artistry alone is breath-taking...but then you have the deeply personal lyrics, amazing melody, and a man who sings with from the depth of his being. This should be on the radio now...today...not the same old stuff we hear all the time that sounds like the last song. This is real soul music.

I wish I could give this more stars. He is not only a gifted singer, he's a brilliant songwriter. This is what today's music scene needs now - a true artist with real talent. This song showcases his soulful voice and his achingly beautiful piano accompaniment, while documenting a story about coping with lost love. How many of today's artists can be this bare and open with a recorded track? I cannot wait for the rest of this EP to be released. I am a fan for life!
