It’s time to “get hep” to Tom Gaebel! If you enjoy Sinatra, Harry Connick Jr. or Micheal Buble you will most certainly like Tom Gaebel. This album has a wonderful range of songs – “In the city” has a swing/pop/Latin feel with hints of Matt Bianco, the 5th dimension and Swing Out Sister. The title song “It’s a good life” is an uplifting song that has a light breezy feel that makes me smile each time I hear it. “Never ever” swings hard, and like all the songs, is wonderfully arranged and supported by a great orchestra.
