this woman never ceases to give me goosebumps every time i listen to her. those goosebumps never really go away, her words stay with you and force you to look at everything differently. i constantly tell everyone i meet about her work because she's totally underrated. i encourage everyone to purchase this cd, she doesn't disappoint.

Andrea Gibson is a poet with multiple books of poetry published all of which are great. This is her fourth cd of spoken word and it is nothing less than brilliant! She hasn't lost any of her passion or prose. The music included in some tracks never overpower the poetry, it works with her spoken word delivery. I won't mention tracks because there is no one in my opinion that's a standout, which is to say that all of them are outstanding.
