Buy this one over the other greatest hits because it has all of the songs from the other albums, I checked to make sure. You can get it a couple dollars cheaper at Best Buy, but for whatever reason the hard copy is 2 songs short of this one. So after you bought it and paid shipping or bought it at the store then wanted to add the 2 songs that you didn't get, it is the same price give or take. save yourself the trouble and just get this one! Awesome Rock & Roll renditions. Great at parties as background music or while doing stuff around the house.

This album is loaded with fun! Unique takes on all the familiar Christmas tunes. Hoey has really put a lot of thought and musicianship into this. The arrangements are creative, all of the players are tight, it's all "Ho-Ho" with no "ho-hum"! The stylistic choices made for some of the songs may make you laugh out loud, and many of the songs will keep you grinning all the way through. Great musicianship, serious chops and fine production.

I absolutely love Christmas music and this album was an amazing find! I've never heard of Gary Hoey but this album is truly amazing and I've been listening to it non-stop since I bought it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great rock and roll Christmas album! Buy this album-- you will not be disappointed!

For years we've all had to listen to the same ol music round Christmas time, till this year when I was listening to the Mikey Show on ROCK 105.3 in SD and heard the craziest version of "your a mean one, mr. grinch'. This guy has got some crazy talent, why he's not played on every christmas station I have know idea. I haven't had the chance to listen to what else he has but I have no doubt it all good. By the way it's 20 bucks for 39 songs so dont complain when the rest of itunes is a buck 29... Enjoy!

For those of you who can love rock-N-roll and can't really stand the same songs after the first few times, than i highly reccomment this CD. I have never heard of Gary Hoey, until i stumbled upon him. What a great musician, and can rock the guitar. Great-Buy! Don't hesitate about this CD, cause you'll never have to buy another X-Mas Album ever again!
