None of them will save hip hop. They're destroying it for profit. If you deny this, you are helping to destroy hip hop yourself.
Flash created it. And with this album, he's made a great attempt at schooling all of you fools what its all about. Drop your Top 40 crap and check him out. He's bringing it back. If all these youngin's will give it a chance, that is. Learn a thing or two. Instead of your packaged song+and+dance crap that you're used to. Not to mention, Big Daddy Kane has a few tracks on here - and introduced the rhyme schemes everyone uses today. Check out "When I Get There". And learn some god damn respect.

I've never taken the time to write a review in 4 years, but after listeing to the album I felt COMPELLED to. This is amazing. Every beat is so thought out and it seems like this album covers every relm of Hip Hop you can think of. Plus the roster of artists on here is crazy. BDK, KRS One, Mr. Cheeks, Q-Tip! You can't get any better. Love it. Best album complete album I've heard in 2 or 3 years

This is a master at work here. Just listen to "We Speak Hip-Hop", man is it good, and go from there. The full kaleidescope of hip-hop sonics are represented here. "Sumthin to Say" rocks hard... "Swagger" is undeniable... "Shine All Day"... classic hip hop. Grandmaster Flash is in top form... damn! is he. To hear some of this stuff club loud would be trecherous! I guess I was wrong, hip-hop is not dead. Not here anyway. Grade A+ stuff.

Now this is what you call real hip-hop! Hip-Hop brung back from classic pioneers such as Grandmaster Flash that have been around for generations only to return and give hip-hop a new flavor. So glad that he came back to give us more excellent music!
